An easy-to-make recipe recommended for parties. The scent of Cointreau is a great match for shrimp.
Ingredients
6 large shrimps
1 celery
A few dill leaves
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
Pinch of truffle salt
Pinch of pepper
A small amount of Liqueur Cointreau
Boil the shrimp with the shell kept on, and when boiled, peel the shell and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut celery into coarse pieces. Finely chop the dill.
Add shrimps from step 1 and celery and dill from step 2 in a bowl and sprinkle with truffle salt and pepper.
Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon ketchup to the bowl from step 3 and mix. Add the Cointreau and give it a quick mix. Serve in a glass.
